When you fill out the quote form on our website, your name, e-mail address, phone number and project message are sent to us. Beyond that, our site collects anonymous visit statistics (such as page views and device type) to measure service quality. No personally identifiable data is stored unless you submit the form.
Why and How Do We Use Your Data?
The information you submit through the form is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage the project process. Your data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698); it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
Where Is Your Data Stored?
The information you submit reaches us as an e-mail via our e-mail infrastructure provider and is kept only in our correspondence records. Our site does not operate any membership system or customer database.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, and to request its correction or deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us via the e-mail address on our contact page. Your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
